International orders
Returns accepted only for damage/incorrect. Size exchanges are not offered. Duties and shipping are nonrefundable. Return shipping to us is at customer cost unless mandated by law.
How to file a return or exchange
Refunds, exchanges, and timelines
Refund method
Prepaid orders: bank or UPI transfer or store credit. COD orders: store credit only. Shipping, COD fees, gift wrap, and duties are nonrefundable.
Processing time
7-10 business days after QC pass and bank details confirmation. Bank posting may add 2-3 business days.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock. We dispatch the replacement after QC approval of the returned item.
Price adjustments
Not offered. Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
Undelivered or refused
If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, two way shipping may be deducted before reship or refund per case.
Fraud and chargebacks
We investigate all claims with courier scans and QC records. False claims may be declined.
