Handmade note: subtle stitch and shade variation is natural in authentic Chikankari and is not a defect.

Eligibility

What we accept and what we do not.

Accepted

  • Damaged in transit (unboxing video required)
  • Manufacturing or workmanship defect
  • Wrong style, size, or color delivered
  • One time size exchange on eligible apparel within India

Not accepted

  • Used, washed, stained, perfumed, or altered items
  • Custom, made-to-measure, or bulk orders
  • Accessories, gift cards, and items marked final sale
  • Requests raised after the allowed window

International orders

Returns accepted only for damage/incorrect. Size exchanges are not offered. Duties and shipping are nonrefundable. Return shipping to us is at customer cost unless mandated by law.

How to file a return or exchange

Follow the steps. We keep it simple.
Raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery for damage/incorrect, or within 7 days for size exchange. Write to support@shwetartistry.com or call +91-9005517090.
Share clear photos and the unboxing video for transit damage. Keep all tags and original packaging intact.
On approval we arrange reverse pickup where serviceable. If not serviceable, self ship with tracking. We share the return address after approval.
QC at our hub. Item must be unused with tags and packaging. If QC fails the item is shipped back to you on actual shipping cost.
Reverse pickup attempts are limited. Missed pickups can delay processing.

Refunds, exchanges, and timelines

Refund method

Prepaid orders: bank or UPI transfer or store credit. COD orders: store credit only. Shipping, COD fees, gift wrap, and duties are nonrefundable.

Processing time

7-10 business days after QC pass and bank details confirmation. Bank posting may add 2-3 business days.

Exchanges

Size exchanges depend on stock. We dispatch the replacement after QC approval of the returned item.


Price adjustments

Not offered. Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

Undelivered or refused

If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, two way shipping may be deducted before reship or refund per case.

Fraud and chargebacks

We investigate all claims with courier scans and QC records. False claims may be declined.
